I have been taking my special needs brother, Mark, to hearing Aid Works in the Rochester New York for several years now and I can't say enough about how kind, compassionate and patient they are working with him. He never has any fear of going there like he has with other doctors appts in the past. Their concern for his comfort and hearing are truly real and they take as much time as needed to make sure that he is always comfortable and hearing to the best of what they can offer before we leave. Thank you SO MUCH for being an absolutely wonderful group of "friends" and for your gentle care with my brother, Mark.

I have been going to Hearing Aid Works for 5 years now for hearing loss and tinnitus issues. Carolynne is knowledgeble and really listens to my concerns. Everyone I have come in contact with there is excellent. I highly recommend them.
