I had another wonderful experience at Hearing Aid Works last week.Dr Pouliot is an excellent listener. She did a thorough hearing exam and gave me a detailed and easily understood update of the changes in my hearing. She also cleaned and dried out my hearing aids and sent me on my way with hearing aids functioning at 100%. I Highly recommend Hearing Aid Works

Carolynne Pouliot has been one of the most caring, compassionate, patient and competent health care providers I've ever worked with. She helped me navigate through the sudden hearing loss I experienced 8 years ago and has been a real asset on my audio team ever since. The endless support she's given me has been remarkable. I don't have enough words to express the appreciation and gratitude I have for her so I'll simply say, "She's great!".

I recently upgraded to the Oticon Intent from Hearing Aid Works and I couldn’t be happier! The sound is vastly superior and they are not affected by humidity or sweat. One quick overnight charge and they’re good for the next day and evening.

I was referred to Carolynne by a college friend. Very thankful for that referral!!! Such a consummate professional who really knows her stuff. I can finally hear and participate in conversations again without just smiling and nodding or constantly saying “what??” Everyone in the office is great. I highly recommend them to anyone having difficulty with their hearing. I actually look forward to my follow-up appointments.
