Dr. Carolynne Pouliot, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Pouliot received her Doctorate degree in Audiology in 2009 from the University at Buffalo and specializes in “best practices” in the treatment of hearing loss. She has extensive experience with tinnitus, noise-induced hearing loss, vestibular assessment, and dispensing all makes and models of hearing instruments. She also travels to skilled nursing facilities and performs at-home visits. She grew up in West Irondequoit and now resides in Penfield with her husband and four children.
Dr. Brena Brennan, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Brena Brennan received her doctorate degree from Syracuse University in 2022. She received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in 2018. Dr. Brennan provides high levels of individualized care to all patients. She specializes in adult and pediatric diagnostic testing, tinnitus management, cerumen removal and hearing aids. Dr. Brennan has knowledge about all major hearing aid manufacturers. Brena grew up in Syracuse NY and now resides in Fairport. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outside on sunny days, and staying active.

Kelly Hutson
Manager of Operations
Kelly has worked in medical administration for thirteen years in various medical practices and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology. Outside of work, she enjoys spending as much time as possible with her husband and two children.
Kristen VanLare
Billing Specialist
Kristen has her Associate degree from FLCC and grew up in Marion, NY. She now lives in Palmyra, NY with her husband and two sons. Kristen worked for six years with people with disabilities. She enjoys spending time with her family at their camp in the Adirondacks.
Crystal Kim
Front Office Patient Care Coordinator
Crystal joined the Hearing Aid Works Audiology team in early 2021 and loves the patient care aspect of her coordination work for the practice. She has years of experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant and has worked in the field as a nutrition assistant. Crystal welcomed a brand new baby girl into her family in July.
