Carolynne Pouliot, Au.D., is from Irondequoit, NY and now works at Hearing Aid Works Audiology in Penfield, NY. She attended undergraduate school while competing as a Division I athlete in cross country and track at State University at Buffalo. She went on to complete her doctorate at State University at Buffalo in 2009. She completed her fellowship in Rochester, NY and was certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association and The American Academy of Audiology.

As the founder and owner of Hearing Aid Works Audiology for the past seven years, she developed the slogan “We Work For Your Best Hearing!” She feels strongly that it is not enough just to get quality hearing instruments in the treatment of hearing loss; she believes in the highest quality of hearing care, building trusting relationships with her patients and a full diagnostic protocol including cerumen management, puretone testing, bone conduction, tympanometry, real ear measurements as well as other verification measures. Using tools such as test box measurements and REM for best practices assures optimal hearing aid performance.

Dr. Pouliot is married with four children in Penfield, NY. In her spare time, Dr. Pouliot enjoys ice fishing and running on the Genesee Valley Harriers premier running team.
