Everyone at the office is always friendly. At every appointment any questions or concerns I always feel I have been understood and addressed accurately. I always suggest a visit to the folks here to coworkers and family. I don't think any has visited them yet. However they make the visit easy and stress free. It's not easy to admit to aging issues or just something is failing. I always feel today's care is the priority and not yestpoor judgment.

I would Like to tell you what a wonderful experience I had at Hearing Aid WorksAll the staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. Dr Carolynne Pouliot who administered my hearing test and hearing aid fittings could not have been more patient and knowledgeable she explained everything every step of the way. I would explain her as a bucket full of niceness. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs services for their ears.

I use Hearing Aid Works for my annual exam. Very satisfied. Dr. B made me feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. All the staff was very professional and helpful.

I have been taking my special needs brother, Mark, to hearing Aid Works in the Rochester New York for several years now and I can't say enough about how kind, compassionate and patient they are working with him. He never has any fear of going there like he has with other doctors appts in the past. Their concern for his comfort and hearing are truly real and they take as much time as needed to make sure that he is always comfortable and hearing to the best of what they can offer before we leave. Thank you SO MUCH for being an absolutely wonderful group of "friends" and for your gentle care with my brother, Mark.
