Carolynne and her staff are wonderful to work with. Carolynne is very knowledgeable about what is available and aware of the ins and outs of the various brands of hearing aids. She is very patient and goes the extra mile to make sure you understand. Hearing Aid Works is a private practice, and if you are looking to work with an audiologist who cares more about your hearing health needs than money, please consider her office! You will NOT be disappointed!

My visits to Hearing Aid Works are always very pleasant! Today I saw the extremely congenial Audiologist, Dr. Carolynne Pouliot. She, and the other Audiologists, are very adept at resolving any issues, and updating hearing aid firmware! I was given another hearing test today to determine any amount of change. And the update added extra functionality, and volume!I've been to other Audiologists a few years ago, and there is no comparison! Service with a smile must be their motto!Mike Mumford
