Dr. Brennan has been very thorough in her examination and explaining everything as the exam progressed.All the while being very professional, friendly and easy to talk with .I arrived ten minutes prior to my appointment time and was offered coffee or tea while I waited and mint candy. At my appointment time, Dr. Brennan appeared and escorted me to the exam room and explained the test procedures, and after the test explained the results.She then told me about the options to help my problem and recommended what she thought was the best option for me. She then took me to the checkout area and was very helpful getting me a follow up appointment that was convenient for me and set up payment terms.Hearing Aid Works is professionalreasonable, friendly, thorough, and educational.I highly recommend them to my family and friends and anyone else who has a hearing lossAlan Jones

Hearing Aid Works was a wonderful experience. I was not coming for just a hearing test. It was for auditory processing. It proved that i probably have this disorder and Dr. Pouliot did the appropriate referral and gave me the opportunity to choose hearing aids.
